BEST FRIENDS! is a specialized unit formed to be the featured performers for songs in relation to the Data Carddass Aikatsu Friends!, Data Carddass Aikatsu on Parade! and their respective animes. Each of the members provide both the speaking and singing voice of at least one main character in the Aikatsu Friends! universe, credited mononymously under their characters' names.

• Ibuki Kido (木戸衣吹, Ibuki Kido) → Mio (みお, Mio) as Mio Minato
• Karen Miyama (美山加恋, Karen Miyama) →Maika (舞花(まいか), Maika) as Maika Chōno
• Yui Ninomiya (二ノ宮ゆい, Yui Ninomiya) → Ema (エマ, Ema) as Ema Hinata
• Azusa Tadokoro (田所あずさ, Azusa Tadokoro) → Karen (カレン, Karen) as Karen Kamishiro
• Ayaka Ōhashi (大橋彩香, Ayaka Ōhashi) → Mirai (ミライ, Mirai) as Mirai Asuka
• Emiri Suyama (陶山恵実里, Emiri Suyama) → Sakuya (さくや, Sakuya) as Sakuya Shirayuri
• Yūki Kuwahara (桑原由気, Yūki Kuwahara) → Kaguya (かぐや, Kaguya) as Kaguya Shirayuri
• Yōko Hikasa (日笠陽子, Yōko Hikasa) → Hibiki (ひびき, Hibiki) as Hibiki Tenshō
• Saori Ōnishi (大西沙織, Saori Ōnishi) → Alicia (アリシア, Alicia) as Alicia Charlotte
• Rin Aira (逢来りん, Rin Aira) → Wakaba (わかば, Wakaba) as Wakaba Harukaze and Raki (らき, Raki) as Raki Kiseki

Trivia

• They have a number of differences with their predecessors STAR☆ANIS and AIKATSU☆STARS!:
  • Their unit name does not include the word "star" nor does it contain a star symbol (☆).
  • The members of BEST FRIENDS! provide their characters' speaking voices in addition to their singing voices.
  • They are also credited under their characters' names instead of their own given names.
• Rin Aira is the only member to provide the singing voice for two main characters.
