Blue Sky Nail is a dressia that resembles a humanoid bottle of nail polish. It has black eyes and short pink hair framing its face, and it wears a tall azure hat with a pink strip around the hem. The torso is white and black with a ruffled azure cape adorned by two topaz gems. The lower body is azure with white, black and pink stripes, with a glass bottle surrounding it topped with a pink loop.
