Dressia (ドレシア) refers to the sentient beings that exist in Aikatsu Planet and "complete" the base dress designs of Swing cards. When used by idols, Dressias provide them with a coord for them to use on stage. Different Dressias have different levels, attributes and skills during performances.

Dressiup[]
Dressiup (ドレシアップ Doreshiappu) is a phenomenon in which Dressias achieve their ultimate form as a result of their respective idols. They take on a more humanoid appearance, as well as changing the designs of their dresses on stage. This does not seem to be a permanent effect and the Dressia can revert back to their original forms, as Love Sagittarius has appeared on multiple occasions after having evolved into Sagittarius Milky Way.

- According to series director Ryūichi Kimura, Dressiup was first coined as "Gleevolution" (ウレシンカ Ureshinka) during the scenario meeting.
- This is referenced by Meisa in the Dressia highlight for Episode 21.
- According to Ruli Tamaki/Ruli, it was still unknown who create the Dressia.
