Hana (ハナ) is the avatar of Mao Otoha, and was formerly the avatar of Meisa Hinata. Hana's preferred Swing types are Fairy and Cafe (formerly Flower) and her key Dressia is Aurora Pegasus.

Appearance[]
Hana has round magenta-colored eyes with scalloped lashes. Her light blonde hair at hip-length is often tied in a ponytail split into two, with pink highlights shaded purple running down the length, as well as each section of her lightly curled bangs.
Personality[]
Back when Meisa was Hana, Hana was described as a lone wolf, an unapproachable idol who stood at the top. However, after Mao took over as Hana, Hana is seen to be much more sociable.
Background[]
Hana was previously owned by Meisa and was a top idol in Aikatsu Planet, however Meisa disappeared without a warning, which led to Izumi, Hana's manager to find a substitute, said substitute being Mao.

Etymology[]
Hana (ハナ) has no particular meaning when written in katakana, but it can be written in kanji as "花" (flower). This is a reference to Mao and Meisa's given names, both of which contain characters related to flowers.
