Starry Blue Meruli (スターリーブルーメルリ) is a MELTYHOUSE brand Dressia. It debuted in Part 4 of the Data Carddass Aikatsu Planet! series, made a cameo appearance in the ending sequence seen in Episode 02 and officially debuted in Episode 23 of the live-action and anime.

A blue teddy bear with white snout. The paws are made of metallic colorful fabric to match the ice cream scoop on the left ear. It has a silver triangle by the neck.

Dress Description[]
A pale pink dress with gemstone texture. White goes down the middle with six blue buttons on the chest and eight on the skirt. The blue belt has a white frame and buckle. The bottom of the skirt is made from black lace with a black band that has MELTY HOUSE print around it. The shoes are a gradient of blue, grey and green with translucent material over it bound by black string. The platform sole is black. The user gains a black choker with silver triangle, and white lace sleeves that have a light blue cuff and connect to the middle finger by a silver ring. The nails are painted red.
