Taimu Rindou (凛堂たいむ) is one of the main protagonists in the Aikatsu Academy! series. She is a second year student at Aikatsu Academy and a member of its Streaming Club. Taimu is a sexy-type idol whose preferred brand is her self-created brand, Lucent Time.
Bio[]
Appearance[]
Taimu has light skin and violet eyes. Her purple hair with pink streaks is tied into pigtails by lilac pom-poms attached to black ribbon. Her bangs are split off-center to the left.
Personality[]
Taimu is a stoic girl who can't stop when she decides to do something. She sings and dances with all her heart and soul. In contrast to her powerful singing voice, she talks very laidback.
Background[]
Taimu was made aware of Mieru, Meh and Parin's idea to create the Streaming Club but initially could not find the courage to join. She would occasionally follow their activities, but it was not until watching the Fresh Idol Festival that her feelings would begin to change.
Taimu sent in her application form to the Club and was happily accepted. She first worked in a managerial position, supporting the members by manning the camera, etc. while studying livestreaming. After the Brand Muse Festival, she decided to officially make her debut. Her goal is to bring sparkle to people's lives.

Etymology[]
Taimu (たいむ) has no particular meaning when written in hiragana but is phonetically the same as the word "time".
Rindou (凛堂) - Rin (凛) means "cold" or "dignified" and dō (堂) means "hall".

Content[]
Taimu primarily does chatting streams, usually occurring late at night. As her hobby is muscle training, topics of discussion often concern exercising. On occasion, she will hold "fall sleep" streams designed to help viewers go to bed. As an idol, Taimu also commonly holds singing streams.
A unique characteristic of her streams is that she often features her calligraphy skills.

- Taimu was designed by Satomi Watanabe, the character designer for Aikatsu Friends!.
- Her favorite food is matcha and her specialty is eating a lot.
- Her hobbies are dancing and muscle training.
- She had classic ballet experience prior to entering the Academy. She also studied calligraphy.
- She is the second protagonist to have previously done ballet, following Mao Otoha.
- Alluding to her love for muscle training, Taimu's birthday falls on Meat Day, as the digits 29 can be read ni-ku (にく meat).
